WHAT ARE YOUR PACKAGES?
There are 2 packages available –
- Full Package – a complete new website designed and developed to suit your centre which is integrated with COW software. This includes training, 6 hours of support, website hosting and software updates as they are released.
- COW Software Only Package – This is the standalone COW software, linked to your existing website. This includes training, 6 hours of support, website hosting and software updates as they are released.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
There are 2 packages –
COW Software – Licenced for 3 years, includes setup, addition of content, testing, training, support and hosting.
$8,000
Website + COW Software – New custom designed and developed website, COW Software licenced for 3 years, includes setup, addition of content, testing, training, support and hosting.
$12,000
Annual Licence & Hosting – After the original 3 year licence the fee there will be an ongoing charge that includes support and hosting and any future upgrades.
$1,000 per annum
ARE THERE ANY GRANTS AVAILABLE FOR THIS?
There are a number of organisations offering grants. The most common source of grants are as follows:-

- Local Councils
- Large Banks

DO YOU PROVIDE TRAINING?
Yes, you will receive 2 hours initial training on how to use COW. You can attend our office for one on one training or we can do online training via Zoom or other suitable video and screen sharing software.
There is also documentation for your reference within the COW dashboard once you are logged in.
WILL IT WORK WITH THE WEBSITE WE HAVE?
COW as a stand alone system will work with nearly all websites although we would assess your website before commencing any work.
If you start from scratch with a new website it is guranteed there is a smooth transtion between the website and COW software.
WILL IT WORK WITH OUR CURRENT PAYMENT SYSTEM OR BANK?
Each COW installation will be customised to your banking or payment system. We anticipate all or most can be incorportaed into the Community Organisational Wizard for you. We will assess suitability for you and if any incompatabilities arise we can offer allternative payment solutions or of course you have a choice of not proceeding.
HOW DOES THIS HELP WITH REPORTING TO THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITIES?
One of the onerous tasks required of community organisations is the collection of data and statistics for 6 monthly reporting. This can often mean filling in spreadsheets or back tracking through records or manual compilations of stats from multiple sources.
With COW the data is collected automatically when anyone signs up for a course or an event at your centre. When report time comes around it is a matter of clicking a button on the dashboard of COW to print out your report. Hours of time saved.
WHAT SUPPORT DO YOU OFFER NOW I HAVE THE COW SOFTWARE?
Our initial packages provide you with 3 years support. Included is up to 6 hours of help per year. Those 6 hours can be used for help and guidance while using COW. We can troubleshoot any issues you come across or help rectify mistakes you have made when entering data.
