About Us
We are a team of web developers and digital marketers who have been locally based in Cannington, Western Australia since 2007. We design and build websites and develop software solutions for local and the extended Perth populace of small businesses and family, community and volunteer organisations.
Like you, we value our community. We are a close team – we are all mothers and fathers, sisters and brothers, friends and co-workers who work, play and experience life within our business and neighbourhoods. An integral part of many communities are neighbourhood and family centres or volunteer organisations. They provide a multitude of services from counselling to courses to coffee mornings and so many more valuable resources to support and encourage community engagement.
While assisting one of our community clients we were asked to develop a reporting system to replace antiquated and expensive software they were currently using. This was the genesis of the Community Organisational Wizard. Through this development and collaboration we began to understand the time and resources that were required to prepare reports for government requirements and funding. This is a burden we recognised was placed on already busy adminstrative staff and an onerous task to keep track of attendee statistics as well as the management of courses, bookings, attendee details, walkins and refunds.
COW has now been in successful use by our foundation community groups and we are pleased and proud to launch this software.
